Bonza has temporarily suspended services due to be operated between Tues 30 April, Wed 1 and Thur 2 May, as discussions are currently underway regarding the ongoing viability of the business. 

Your existing hotel reservation (and other non-flight components) remain unaffected, in accordance with the terms and conditions of your booking. Cancellations of your booking are subject to our terms and conditions and you will only be entitled to a refund if AWAI receives from the hotel property or other supplier a waiver or refund of the amount paid (less any cancellation or similar charges by the supplier).

Any claims or questions in relation to Bonza flights need to be directed to Bonza, updates are being provided via their website.
